i ran 2:13 in freshman year but i never really felt like i was running it properly/hard enough.
if i have a 56 400m, 25 flat 200m, and 12.1 100m, what would be a target 800m time for me in my sophomore season?

Your 800 sucks compared to your other times. Bring up the mileage to 55-60 this winter. I had the same prs as you but when I did that my 800 dropped from 210 to 201. I would set a goal time of 203. If you havent been doing that much consistent mileage in the past you will be able to make a huge improvement in ur 800 and 1600.

55-60 miles a week? For a 2:03 800? Are you insane? That can be done off of 15 miles a week if done the right way.
