I've always thought about possibly going straight into a four year school, but now I'm beginning to have second thoughts, mostly due to economic reasons, but for the mental transition as well. There's a nice community college program in my area, and the program is very solid. Obviously it's not stacked, but solid nonetheless. They also have an excellent kenisiology program, which is something I find a lot of interest in. What do you guys think?
And out of simple curiosity, are/were there any successful runners from the community college system that went on to even greater accomplishments in the NCAA programs or even at the national level?
