Why not try this...drop your mileage to 30 miles for 2 weeks and then do 8 weeks of 60 miles per week.
Add one day of fartlek (Mona Fartlek or 10 X 1'Hard/1'Jog) and one day of tempo work. Make sure your easy days are easy and your hard days are hard. Do a long run of 10 miles every week.
I suspect that you have jacked up your mileage too fast and that you have little quality in your schedule. The other mistake that is common is to run all of your runs hard.
