I raced the 800 once in 2:30 but at that time my 400m PR was still 1:00.5 and it rapidly dropped over the course of about two weeks to 54.00, I haven't raced the 800 since. How should i train to reach sub - 2:10 by spring '11? All of these PRs were from 8th grade except for XC. The mile was just me by myself.
