What kind of mileage/training had you been doing before the drop; how much did you drop your mileage and for how long; what are your PRs; do you have a goal race?
that's very similar to my situation. I also made a similar drop in mileage for 2-3 weeks but am trying to bring it back up the last 2 weeks.
I have a goal race in about 2 weeks where I thought I could run fast a week or two ago but after a result recently Im not so sure anymore (similar to the person who made that thread and was a minute slower)
