Hello forum, I have probably the worst luck in history with rolling my ankles. My left ankle is still pretty strong, however, my right ankle is a lot weaker due to the countless amount of times I've rolled it. I had good luck with my right ankle though for over a year, until I rolled it two weeks ago. But this time, my inner ankle hurt badly after I rolled it, even though I rolled the outer part of my ankle. I could run without pain three days after rolling the ankle, but there is still pain to the touch on the inside of my right ankle. Does anyone know what that pain is, will it eventually just go away? Again, there is no pain when I'm running. Any help is much appreciated, thank you guys!
