We did our last workout(speed) 6 days out before i frist race .8xs 1/2s 236-238 1:30-1:40 rec on the cc course 2 fast 220 at the end.We did a long run(13 1/2 miles) the day before the 1/2s.The 1/2s felt easy .So far we have run easy miles since the workout. I am used to doing somthing like the 1/2s 3 days before will i be ok with the 6 days?
