I have a half marathon on 19th September. My pb is 1:24:35.
Last night I did a 5k in 18:37, exactly the same time I did it in last year. I havent had a pb since I did the same half marathon last year.So somethings going wrong somewhere. I think the only postive thing I have going about getting a pb, was last year I went out too fast.
Anyway I'd be interested in any suggestions of how I can make the most of the last weeks.
