Stuck with the Canova training this week as it seems to be suiting me so far. Weds was aimed at 105% MP (5:27m/m), so that was bang-on. Sun was long run with 15M @ 85% MP (6:44m/m), followed by 5M @ MP (5:43m/m). Turned out well and was happy to be fractionally up on target pace given that it was a windy day here.
