Happy 4th of July! I hope everyone had a productive week of training. My training went well this week. However I'm still struggling to find my fitness that I had prior to the New Jersey Shore (SAUNA)Marathon on 5/2. This week I did 800 reps at tempo effort on Wednesday and 800 reps again at 8k-10k effort today. Overall, I'm feeling ok just not 100% yet, let's see what I run at Utica Boilermaker 15k next Sunday.
