Last sunday I fell and slammed my sacrum into the ground and apparently jammed my sacral joint. My hips went out of wack from the fall. I ran 12 miles after, did my morning run the next day and worked out that night with a little discomfort. The next day I went on a 10 miler and limped the whole way, which was very painful. The chiropractor/physio therapist said my right glute got all tangled up because of the alignment isssues and adjusted me and did some massaging. He suggested not runnning obviously until the pain is gone and alternate between runnng and biking. 5 days off after the pain started, I tried running, because the pain was gone when I was walking, but the pain was there. I took the next day off and than biked the next two days. It doesn't bother me biking, I'll feel because of the no impact factor. Today I tried running, I was fine for about a KM but than I couldn't make it to the mile. I've been icing and heating like crazy and it seems to be getting better, but I can't run. It feels almost like a tear or fracture. Has anyone dealt with this or know of anything I could do to that would help out.
Thanks in advance.
