Thanks for the props on this thread. I just looked at where I was getting hits from, and this thread was number one. So, whoever \"genius\" is, thanks for spreading the word.
Anyways, still chipping away at putting philosophy and running together. Still chipping away at that sub 2:30 marathon. (This cycle ended with a 2:35.)
