Alright...so I am interested in trying these things out. I have serious doubts that they help anything, but when I read the Solinsky interview and he thought they help recovery, and I have also heard that they may help injury, which I need.
So can I get some suggestions about what people use and what kind I should try out? I really just want to see if they work for me, I know most people think they are worthless.
