Derrick definitely is -- 13:29.98 with reasonably even splits requires pretty close to 8:03 enroute. It's his first race of the season; he'll be fine.

Misleading thread title is misleading.

When I read that "Chris Derrick is back at it", I assumed that meant he had mono again.
