Two types here, those that let it go and those that don't.
You get the high volume BMers and they aim for 100 to 140 a week, and they scoff at anything less than 70.
At the other extreme are the really uptight ones that reluctant to let go of more than one a day. They tend to be fiscally and socially conservative, and are highly critical of US elite runners, especially women. Mere mention of Oiselle brings them to apoplectic contortions and weeks of constipation.
The middle of the roaders that believe in consistency over frequency are vastly outnumbered by both extremes.
