Hey guys,
After 3 years of injury i spent the summer htting just 35 mile weeks. then over winter builtit up to 50-60. The last 5 weeks im hiting 75-80's and just wondering a couple of things.
1. bring when do you get used to the milage and see a drop in ur fast sesh times.
2. how long does it take to see a large improvement.
3. before a bog race (national xc here in briton) wat would u guys suggest doing on an easy week?
