I will be running my first marathon in 4 weeks. I ran my first half yesterday in 1:29:44. My marathon goal was sub 3:30 but that seems kind of slow. What would be a better goal and what kind of training should I do the next 4 weeks. I dont have much time to run. maybe 4 or 5 times a week. my longest run is 22 miles at 7:58 and it felt really easy
