i usually don't run in the morning because i work and then run in the early evening. But, i do notice that when i run in the morning, i have no flexibility and very little strength. This may be a dumb question, but why is that the case? I go through a normal warmup, and i just can't get myself loose. I know that going straight from sleeping to physical activity plays a large role in this, but what else are contributing factors? How can i get better morning workouts?
