People need to give Alan a brake. He had a little bit of a down time. That has happed to all the greats along the way. Lassie V. would have great years and then down years, so did Rayan. In fact there is not one great runner who has not had some ruff spots. But he is clearly a stronger runner now then he was, he has gotten past the ruff stuff so people need to get off his back. The main reason he had the problems he did, was a year under a program that was not suited to his body.
R Warhurt getts good results out of runners in the sort term, but they also don't last long. T.Bro ran very fast indoors, but never got to that level again. And most of the guys who he trains reach there peak times in a year or two of his program. But they also burn out fast, and for good reason from what I have read of is trainng system.
People must rember that the human body, is made up of living breathing cells. And if it gets broken down after being over worked as Web's was it take's some time to get it back into game form. He has gotten back to the Coach who understands what makes hem tick. And after getting back on a program that is rite for hem, he is getting it back. I for one think we will see hem run much much faster this year. And it shows what he is truly made of that he has found the abilty to rise back up from poor streak.
