Iona is the youngest team in there. They had 3 freshman run on Monday

Well, winning one is a pretty good example of him being able to do so, or have you forgotten his string of accomplishments?

I hope you're using a program or spreadsheet to calculate the team scores. If so, what is it, and how do you feed in the real results?
portland had 3 freshmen. 2 sophomores. and a junior

I am not understanding this correctly. Are these the intermediate scores at 8000m or is this the scoring of the meet taking out those departing? Assuming the latter, for the deeper teams (e.g., Wisconsin) you need to look at who they did not run (UW had people like the following, losing only two seniors and having the likes of Conner, Finnerty, and Thomas 'on deck'.
...
Finally, OSU clearly will have a large likelihood in having a much lower scorer in GF next year.
1) Sorry- accidentally wrote 8000m on top. They, of course, are this year's 10000m times.
2) Sorry- not going through every team and guessing who might each team has left who didn't compete and might be recruiting.
3) Certainly not giving GF any credit for finishing further up since plenty of other runners from Monday could say complain that they had a poor performance.
The problem with this analysis is that many runners listed as seniors do have another season of eligibility. One of the top ten teams will have two of the runners listed as seniors back, so that will change the dynamics of the potential scoring. I'm sure this will affect other teams as well.

Are you sure that they have XC eligibility left? Coaches should have entered their athletes w/ their eligibility year not their academic year....
guarantee New Mexico will return a few of their top 5 guys. Franklin always will get those "seniors" who are British a 6th year. Keep them in the mix.
