Note also that Mourhit, Saidi-Sief, and Boulami were all busted for drugs during their prime. That should move Ritz up a couple spots as well.

If indeed the athletes you mentioned cheated then that moves Ritz up and leaves on 38 Earthlings faster than Ritz.
