Hopefully I can get some informative responses out of this thread.
After two years of living on my university residence and using it's meal plan, I'm finally living in a house off campus, and am left to my own devices as far as food goes. I'm more than a little intimidated. I'm slowly starting to teach myself how to cook (not well though)... I was wondering if you guys could throw out items what you think are important and belong on a 20 year old runner's grocery list.
