I've been running with asic-keyanos for the last two years, but keep having constant problems with shin splints on both sides of each leg, as well as knee, arch, and tight calf problems. Is there a shoe that would be more beneficial for me to use?

Vibram Five Fingers
I had the same trouble with the Kayanos, and it turned out I needed a neutral shoe. Kayanos are great, but they are stability shoes, made for slight-moderate overpronators. You may want to consider Asics Gel Nimbus or Cumulus. At any rate, get yourself to a specialty running store, one that offers running gait testing.
Take your Kayanos with you to the specialty store. The wear pattern could be helpful in verifying what shoe would work best.
I have never bought anything with injuries, I almost always have had to use money. How many injuries does a good pair run you.
(HAHAHAHAHA, get it the title was 'Buying running shoes with current injuries, I crack myself up)
