i read the hernia thread and started doing alot of the exercises that were posted in a link. it took about 4 weeks of doing these but and i'm pain free now and stoked that i can run more than 1 hr without feeling the 'v'.
The key thing was to do no exericse that caused stress to that area. one article said something like "there is no *kind of* pain" it either causes pain or it doesn't and if it hurts, don't do the exercise".
