Here the deal.
My last two shoes have both been the Brooks Adrenaline, which is a stability shoe. I also use custom orthotics because I pronate. I've noticed that ever since I started running in the adrenalines with my orthoics, that I run alot more on the out sides of my feet.
This wouldn't be a problem but I have a history of L ankle sprains and I beginning to believe that all this running on the outside of my feet is aggravating my ankle injury.
Shoe store said my problem was "over stability." Is that a real thing?
And what would be a good, slightly less stable version of the Adrenalines?
