I noticed she is entered in the 1500m race. Her PR from last year is 4:14 and she ran 4:16 a few weeks ago, so I'm thinking she could pr in this race. she was out for a week or so due to sickness, but i watched a workout of hers via flotrack and she looked pretty strong even after being out a week, which in the big picture, doesn't really hurt you but gives you some rest for the long run.
my prediction:
4:14 low, pr
place ??? not top 5

at the central section area meet, Hasay ran only the 800m and 3200m. i wonder what her plans are because I don't think she can run the 1600m at state now she didn't qualify for it in the area meet to go to valley for it.
anyway, she ran 2:10 for the 800 tonight and jogged the 3200 to finish first in 11:32. she wasn't on the 1600m list though. that 2:10 is a 3-second improvement from her last 800 though, so maybe that's a good sign for this upcoming weekend. -
She went out in around mid 2:1s at Cardinal last last weekend.
-
she has always only done the 3200m at the state meet. no matter how many she qualifies for, she still only focuses on the 3200

Kosinski Syndrome running 4:18

4:14 for third? You're joking right? Have you seen the rest of the field? 4:14 will not be 3rd unless they take it out in about 75.
