Desmond would always clean up real nice for the awards after winning the local 5k. He would look freshly showered and ready to hit the town... fancy pants and all.
I have a local 5K to run this weekend, but afterwards, turn on the TV to the Sugar Bowl as they film the crowd and you will probably see me with a couple of LSU Tiger Cheerleaders in both arms
I know what the name was. The liar trying to figure out who I am isn't Desmond. If he knows Desmond, tell him that he owes me money.
Another question: how fast did Desmond run his first competitive mile when he was 14 and what venue was it on? Simple question.
I don't owe you jack! You freaking loser!
Okay, then why did you and your friends walk out of the hotel after three days without paying?
you tried to sell them on a bunk trip. what is the purpose of hanging out with kenyan sprinters?
If you believe Desmond, he probably made his competitive mile debut in the mid 1960's in New Zeland.
Desmond, you running the Jackson Day Race?
My sources say Desomond is 49 and about to turn 50. The last results of him racing in New Orleans are from 2001 with 5k's ranging from mid 16 to high 17 minutes. Looks like he hasn't been doing much lately, but could make a comeback at the golden age of 50.
So Desmond, how about ponying up your race/football report from this past weekend, as I'm sure that many people are interested to know if you ran close to your recent 15:52.
Well, as much od a drinking/running legend that I am here in the south......I myself had a little too much to drink during the Sugar Bowl festivities. I was in no shape to run. Besides, I was enjoyning myself with the OU American/Indian cheerleaders too much.
What is the threshold that separates a "hobbyjogger" from a "sub-elite" runner?

Do "running influencers" harm the competitive nature of the sport?
What is the most stupid running advice you've ever heard?🤣(It can be funny)
