I NEED HELP!!
First a little background.... Last year I won the state 3200m off about 400 miles in the winter & 30-40 mpw during track. This winter I ran over 600 miles with a high week of 60. I entered the season with a great base, but my coach has me running 15-20 mpw!! It doesn't make any sense. Hell even the worst kids on our xc team run 25-30 mpw. Now state is a month away, and I'm running like crap!
What do I do? Is it too late to make a change?
