"Wimoweh" is an old folk song which originated in Africa and was adapted by The Weavers. The tune is the one later used by The Tokens for their hit "The Lion Sleeps Tonight."
The song consists almost entirely of Pete Seeger singing the one word "Wimoweh" in different ways, backed up by the rest of the Weavers singing "Wimoweh" over and over and over ...
The Beatles song is "Bungalow Bill."
The Bruce Springsteen song "Backstreets" has the phrase "hiding on the backstreets" repeated quite often.

Oops, forgot the link. These are The Weavers performing "Wimoweh" in their reunion concert at Carnegie Hall in circa 1980. The folk group was big in the late 1940s and early 1950s but was blacklisted as suspected communist agitators during the McCarthy era (one or two actually were members of the Communist Party) and driven out of the industry. They basically only performed a couple of times during the quarter century before this reunion concert and were in their late fifties and early sixties by then. Bass singer Lee Hays died only a few months later. The group served as precursors to Peter, Paul & Mary, The Kingston Trio and some other big folk groups of the 1960s.
The song starts at 1:38 into the video. It had been so long since I heard it that I forgot Pete Seeger doesn't actually sing the word "Wimoweh" very many times at all, but the others repeat it at least EIGHTY times! It's virtually a one word song.

Oh, that's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
When you take me by the hand,
Tell me I'm your loving man,
When you give me all your love,
And do it the very best you can,
Oh, that's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
When I get to be in your arms,
When we're all all alone,
When you whisper sweet in my ear,
When you turn, turn me on,
Oh, that's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh,
I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh.
