Barry Harwick is a great coach.....sense bitterness because perhaps you didn't have the talent to even make the team.......

That tool box Ashton Kutcher single handedly killed the trucker hat fad by wearing one every freakin day for 2 years straight.
Ben is cool, he's hot, and he's faster than you. Ben, want my phone number?
I heard Nicole Blood thought it was pretty cool!
Ya. 3 out of 4 Heps titles. Helluva a nosedive
NCAA spots are not exactly easy to come by, especially for an ivy leage schools. Dartmoth had an impressive run of 4 in a row, Tom McArdle's senior team was easialy better than any of those 4 ears, but unfortunatley did not manage to qualify. Bad year this year....True. And as for indidvidual improvement, if you can name one individual who did not come to Dartmouth and get better email me at burg@dartmouth.edu. Barry is an outstanding coach, and as this years incoming class proves, an excellent recruiter.
XCchick... not so sure how his girlfriend would feel about that.

Good to hear Chad's keeping to his Georgia roots. That guy's the real deal when it comes to not giving a damn what people think. It's a shame there aren't more like him, but I guess that's kind of the point.
I went to crazy 8's last year with my coach and was going to meet his good running buddie Chad Newton. This guy is pretty awsom (low 14's 5k when in top condition). I was expecting to see him wearing fancy running stuff, but when I met him he had on an OLD Red Man (chewing tobaco) hat on, blue jeans and some raggedy tee shirt.[/quote]
Josh Crowfoot, good shot. A bit before my time, what I know. Came in overweight freshman year, never lost the weight, lost interest, word on the street was he wasn't very big on running. I guess you could fault the coach for not making the kid preform, but in this case, the athlete didn't hold up his end of the bargain. Dartmouth traditionally gets a bunch of 4:20 milers with one or two recruiting gems and makes a team that is able to compete for a nationals spot. This of course describes the ivy leage w/ exception of princeton who gets great recruits, but in most recent years Dartmouth has been able to win heps and contend for nationals with athletes who the Princeton coach wouldn't call back. Sorry for the potshot at Princeton, but it is to emphazie developmental philosophy at Dartmouth
