Mick Woods, ledgend of legends, big up the woods crew!! U little retards should acknowledge the depth of knowledge of this genuine article, who is and will always be a `legend of legends`!!
erm yes animal I think you should go back to being a dust bin man, you are not strong enough.
St Mary?s A-team won the Men?s 6x2 Mile relay at Leeds in a course record time, more than a minute ahead of runners-up Loughborough University. Chris LAMB ran a storming opening stage to earn third place behind the fastest individuals of the entire race, Andy CAINE (Loughborough) and Ian MITCHELL (Leeds). Lamb, a university fresher from Chester-le-Street finished ahead of such quality as Ryan McLEOD, who is in the Norwich Union Great Britain and Northern Ireland Team for the Junior Men?s race at the Spar European Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh on Sunday 14 December.
Once the UK 4km Cross Country Champion Steven VERNON hit the front on stage two, St Mary?s never looked back thanks to disciplined runs by Neil GAMESTER, Matthew ASHTON in his final race before he makes his debut for Norwich Union GB at the Spar European Cross Country Championships, Stephen MURPHY and Mark DRAPER.
?It was an awesome performance,? said the delighted Vernon afterwards.
Lamb?s leg was especially impressive considering he had been one of the few athletes to complete all five sets of a 4x200m training session on Thursday, steadfastly ignoring team-mates? pleas to save himself for the race!
Chris Lamb is the best thing to come out of Newcastle since Gazza sang 'Fog on the Tyne is all mine all mine!
He's Obvioulsy one of the cream of the crop coming from Newcastle (or is he from Sunderland?)
its reported that McLeods comments after the race when asked about Lamb's performance was one of shock and disbelief with "Chris Who?"
But Surely the Lamb Chop's stunning performance was a case of Egg on the face for the Newcastle boys, Parr and McLeod, but more of a case of Mint Sauce on their faces!
Lamb ran out of his skin yesterday, it was a crackling performance!
BOOM BOOM! ah thank you!
So How much St Marys beat Loughborough by? and was their team any good?
St Marys won by 1 min 15 seconds. Loughborough had a decent team, maybe lacking Thompson but decent none the less.
What happened to the results ?!
There is no way that Bristol guy got 3rd fastest....Matt Lole made up ground and went past the guy to put distance between them. Any honest athlete would admit the mistake, but he claims nobody went by.
Disgusted !
You're right. there's no way that guy who was third fastest did. what about Lole, Vernon, Whittle, Draper, Murphy, Ashton?
they were certainly quicker.
Here, here !
A stewards enquiry is needed
A stewards enquiry is definately needed!
just all sounded a little suspicious to me. Spoke to a few people after the race and the end results don't correlate with what people were timing at the start and finish
I'd have beaten all of you young whipper snappers with my hands tied behind my back

Murphy why you chattin shit???
Is Murphy living up to traditional standards
who cares about them leeds relays!? jus think if northumbria had our strongest team out we wud hav wiped the floor with you 'non academic' universities, yes st marys & loughborough!!!!!!
as a fellow follower of my european friend it has come to my attention that he was not concerned about posting a fast time at the leeds relays, it was mainly just a mere training session...and who sprints the end of training sessions??? *cough* *cough* st mary's boys!
so there was no such egg on mr mcleod's face, but i am not so sure about christopher parr as he had ben training like a duracel bunny for them relays!
chris parr is gay and loves himself, its not his fault hes in a weak age group with no competition, the big headed little sh**
ohhhh i lurve chris but im not allowed 2 talk to him cos his superstardom might draw me away to loughborough and andrew might cry.
hi i'm doing a public training session on sunday in edinburgh of any1 wants to watch. Its only a training session but some people seem to be taking cross country quite serious for some reason.
