I'm pretty fit and from what I can tell attractive enough to women, I just haven't made girls a priority up to this point in my life.
Is this something I should work on? Am I going to have social stigma attached to me soon?

You are right on by not making girls a priority in your life if you don't want to. When I was 20 I was making girls a priority because of peer pressure; big mistake.
Its not really a huge deal man. I lost my viginity at 21. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter. I did notice a slight "stigma" although it wasn't being a homo. It was more just like people knowing that whatever girl I was dancing with that night or whatever was going home alone. In one sense that was a good thing because girls felt more comfortable with me.
Basically I just didn't want to sleep with some random girl and waited until I was serious with someone. I don't regret it, and you probably won't either.
Its not really PC to say, but girls are mostly little horn balls who like to get naked. You sir are not alone in "putting the p ussy on a pedestal." I used to think that way too. What you need to know is that you don't have to make girls a priority if you want to get laid...only if you want to have a girlfriend.

20 and virgin here as well. Just be comfortable with the fact, and don't fall to peer pressure to be "macho" or whatever. When the time is right, its right. Don't worry about it.

As others have said, don't worry about it too much. It seems like a big deal to you now but certainly won't matter in the long run, unless the reason you haven't "done it" yet is that you're extremely socially anxious or awkward... in which case, your problem is not being a virgin, but the social issues.
I was 20 myself, and the last one among my friends, and it seemed like a big deal then but once it was behind me it was no longer an issue.

Depends on what your priority/priorities has/have been:
For example, has your main priority in life been your running? If so, you have stigma, and you should make it a priority to start getting laid immediately.
Has your main priority been your schooling? This can go two ways:
Are you a computer or physics geek? If so, you have stigma, and you should make it a priority to start getting laid immediately.
Are you a business major and being wooed by companies, or have you scored very high on your LSAT and know you're going to law school? If so, you will be f u cking every blonde bimbo whore you want when you're rolling in your phat bmw, wearing tailored suits to the hottest bars in town...in which case, take your time.
Not a priority? Why not?
