Adams State has stayed very consistent in their perofrmances overt the years as the program went from Vigil to Martin. In following "Chasing Tradition" website a few years ago, it seemed that Adams State had modified their training a bit and now instead of doing the "milers" and "lappers" both in the same week, Martin seemed to allude to them alternating those workouts on a weekly basis.
Getting to my point - can anyone speak to any changes, if any, from the Vigil regimen to the current regimen?
Also, does anyone know of any high schools that follow a pretty strict Vigil based regimen?
