Alright please only legitimate responses. Long story short, I graduated high school and did xc/track. Not too happy with my times. I want to get back to running, and run smarter/more than I did in High school and obviously get faster all around from 800m to the 5k. Anyone have a running plan/schedule, its been about two weeks of steady running that I've been doing from 30-50 minutes, sometimes hard/easy runs.
my personal records were.I am a guy. I'm looking for a possible schedule that incorporates 6 days of running, lifting schedule/core and other little info such as drills/strides etc.
