Well, I accidentally stepped on a sharp rock today while swimming in the creek and cut the bottom of my foot. It's about an inch long and hurts to put weight on it. It should heal in a few days. I don't want to try and run on it too soon as it may reopen the wound and extend my time off running. But I don't want to sit at home and not to do any training at all either. It's absolutely fine when I bike. So, how much time do I spend on the bike to get the same benefits as a 60 min run? a 90 min run? a 120 min run?
Any things else I need to know? Thanks.
