I had a 2:08 800m, 4:29 1500m and 18:10 5K xc PR's in HS on around 30 MPW. I gave D-I running no thought; some of the D-III coaches even told me not to bother (but I'm glad I did). That said, I know a girl from my school who placed similarly to me in meets is running for one of those SOCON schools next year.
