Hey all. I am starting training for a comeback to track. I last competed in 2003 and I ran the 400 meters in 49.8 and I ran high 22's for the 200 in training. I also ran one 800 in 2:01.
Since then I have not competed on the track, but I have been running distance. I run 3 miles 4-5 times a week and right now I am doing this at around 6:20 pace. Maybe once a week I do a hard run of 1 mile just under 5 minutes (usually 4:55) or 2 miles just under 11 minutes.
I am 6'2", 190 pounds, but with very little body fat.
I want to come back, but I want to move up to the 800 and I want to see if you guys have any advice or any idea as to what I could potentially run for the 800.
