Anybody know why the x-man was scratched for the finals?

Uh oh. Somebody got cheated out of a spot in the final!
He has looked terrible all season and stood no chance at making the Olympics.
injured foot jumping on some lady's car hood over at track town pizza
Running from police after his friend threw a sandwich in a mans face.
you cock suckers should watch what you say. this is viewed world wide even in you hick town.

X-man probably knew he wasn't going to make the finals.
The saddest thing is he ran 19.63 and beat Gay while doing it. Gay was on a tear this season (no pun) and after smashing out of the 2, X-man had his best chance yet for a Gold medal.
In 2012, Bolt will break 19 seconds and Xman will be lucky to break 20.
Wasted talent is a very odd thing to behold. We've had several Nike athletes now completely screw up. Very talented athletes btw.

Well they're obviously joking, maybe if X-Man hadn't given them something to joke about, then they wouldn't say anything.
Too bad though, was looking forward to him competing in the 200.
2 of the 4 guys who were looking primed to possibly go after MJ's time or at least attack the record books further, didn't qualify, too bad.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the semi's the other day, Carter placed third, but obviously hurt himself right before the line. He was limping and holding his hammy after the race.
nike was dumb to give him all that money
Press release says-
Left ankle swelling because of bone chips and spurs

to be honest Nike couldn't have had a much better day yesterday with their Federer/Nadal centerpeice. Xavier Carter won't be a big concern to them in the grand scheme of things
Some people here may not like this, but maybe he should have stuck with football. With the way LSU wideouts are plucked up by the NFL these days he might have had a decent chance with that speed. In any case, hindsight is 20-20.
Seems a bit extreme to give up on a guy who ran 19.63 and is still this young.
x will return - this year and several more .
even if x-man told you, you'd would not be able to comprehend his ebonics.
^
Not cool bro. He has a slight speech impediment, not much he can do about it.
I feel bad for the guy honestly. He got well-known in the track community quickly and has struggled since that initial success. He's still young and at a confusing age. He's got plenty of time to turn it around and show off his true talent.
Is he even 21 yet?

19.63 wasn't fast enough to get away from the police on at least two occasions.
"slight" speech impediment?
