My left leg has been hurting the past couple of weeks, but I'm not too sure what the problem is. It feels like it hurts underneath the quad muscle and right next to the bone. Once I get warmed up, it doesn't feel too bad, but right when I start and after I run it feels like I'm being stabbed in the leg! I'm not sure what a stress fracture feels like, but I would think its a lot more pain than what I am feeling. I heat before and ice afterwards, but the pain never goes away, telling me its be more than a muscle ache. Any advice?
