Lagat looked great.
I'd say Lagat wasn't as impressive as I thought he would be. I thought the 2 mile AR was going down for sure. The guy has run 5-6 seconds faster than Teg (the current AR 2 mile holder), and that was with like a 53 last lap... I would think he could put down 8:07 or under for sure....
I also want to add that people are realllly looking over Abdi's performance. 27:17? That's flying, people never seem to acknowledge that he's our best 10k runner in the United States.
