poster, i am looking for some advice.
due to a poor sock choice yesterday i have found myself with a couple of quarter size blisters on my heels.
so my question is, do i leave them or do i lance and cover with 2nd skin. i might add it is pretty dang painful if i have to wear shoes with a closed heel, for example i couldn't get running shoes on today, at least not to run in.
which is the generally accepted method?
