So let's get this straight: you don't really like to train, your dedication no further than 25 mpw, but you expect free coaching from a world class runner.
OK, nothing wrong with aiming high.
But maybe you can explain why so many of your ilk, after someone has said "X is good training for every runner", feel it necessary to question "but should *I* also do X?" Do you figure you're like a totally different species from all other runners? Or you just weren't sure you heard it right the first time? Seriously, I'm curious.
I didn't see where he said it's good for "every runner."
For starters, this is a high mileage board. I don't know if his advice is just for high mileage or not. I've read other places where people doing my sort of mileage shouldn't run twice a day.
I'd rather hear it straight from someone who knows what works and doesn't have an agenda of selling books, running plans or online training.
Yeah, a world class, former record holder is being asked for advice. From what I've seen, Malmo freely offers advice. I guess I shouldn't take advantage of that, because I'm of a certain "ilk."
Now that you know what this thread is about, you can go find something else to do since it's not for you and those of your ilk.
