I just started to get my mileage up to 100mpw a couple weeks ago and I am eating like a horse, yet my pants keep getting looser and I am down to 135 from about 140.
Breakfast: 2 bowls of cereal (morning run)
Snack: 1/2 to full powerbar (longer noon run)
Lunch: two sandwiches and banana
Dinner: Two full plates of whatever
Before bed: 1-2 bowls of cereal
I feel fine and runs are going well, but clearly I am burning more calories than I am taking in. Or I am simply not able to absorb everything I am taking in.
Any one have suggestions for hi-cal foods/supplements that are easy to digest? Pluses would be inexpensive and tastes better than powdered dirt.
