PR'd last weekend, everything went great until I crossed the line. Almost immediately puked and then about another 6 or 7 times over the next half hour. Not really gross, just seemed liked a lot of water. What's up with that? Shouldn't that have been absorbed? I didn't drink any more than usual. I'm wondering if Endurolytes, which were great at preventing cramps, don't have enough sodium. Or maybe it was the caffeine mile 22.
