Would you rather she slammed on the breaks and run a 35 2nd 200? She'd then be splitting 64 so you could try claiming she is on 4 flat pace even though we both know she'd actually be running 4:22 pace.
It would have been much better for the runners if she ran a 35 2nd 200. This would not have slowed the race down at all considering hall was the only one close to the rabbit. None of those runners have the ability to run a 61 first lap and still run a decent 1500 time. If a rabbit is anymore than a half second in front of the lead runner then they are pointless. The rabbit is there to help the runners out, give them someone to draft off, and hit certain splits, not to screw them after only 200 meters. I hope you never rabbit anyone.
