With 400 recoveries, I'd think you could do them in 62-64, if not faster.
do you have a coach? he should be able to provide you with times
if not, the important thing is to be consistant, if you start at 59's for the first ten and then go up in time, each subsequent 400 is worthless....run a pace that you think you will just be able to hold....and 62-64 does sound about right.....its best to start out on the conservative side and settle in faster than the other way around
