Hello All in need of some Help:
Tuesday while doing some 5minute Long Hill Repeats I felt a slight sore spot in my Right Lower leg between ankle and calf area. Nothing serious just noticed it. Did my last repeat and cooldown not noticing it again.
That evening I would say it was slightly tight(nothing bad) so I went out for my 2nd run of only 30mins in New shoes(not sure if that is important) and after the run over the next couple hours before bed it got tighter not painful just tight.
Next morning wake up to some tightness and a little pain but decide to walk and see if I can run "painfree"..walk for 5mins and seems to be fine so I run a shorter run of 55mins not noticeing pain but maybe some slight tightness again.
After run and throughout the day it gets very tight and now very sore when flexing of the lower leg while walking.
So today still very tight and still sore when moving(wlaking or sitting and flexing the ankle up and to the inside)
I cant really pinpoint an exact spot of tightness or pain more just tight on right side of shin muscle and into the top of the ankle as well as behind the leg calf area. Pushing on my leg in evry spot cannot find a sore area that way.
Of course I'm taking off time now, but any idea to what I have and what I should do (seeing a Doc. is sadly out I have no insurance and not enough money that I can afford this option)
PLEASE HELP....Not that it matters but I'm a pretty decent runner that is hopeing for a huge summer of training and looking to limit missed time if possible.
