So last season my PR for a 5k was 18:00. Iv been running all my life, but i am just now takeing it to heart. So after XC season i was running 40-50/week. i went through a growth sper during that time and injured my hip and perty much killed my feet in one month. so 4 months later i am just recovering. Iv been running 2 miles a day to avoid injury. So now that you know were i stand. do you think if i go beast mode this summer and during cross, i will be able to run a 16:00 5k?
