okay, based on this workout, can you predict my 800/mile time? note that i ran these 200's with a 30 mph south wind on a track that is north/south.
3 sets of 4x200's. (rest in between 200's is 30 sec. rest in between sets is 4 minutes).
first 200 is against the wind and 2nd one is with the wind.
32, 30, 31, 30. rest 4 minutes
31, 30, 32, 30. rest 4 minutes
30, 29, 32, 30. done.
this workout kicked my butt in terms of effort.
btw, pr's are 2:09 for 800 and 4:53 for mile.
