I am 24 and I currently hold a minimum wage pizza delivery job. All I do is deliver pizzas and run. It's actually a joy, but kind of embarrassing whenever I get together with my yuppie friends...

I'm in my 2nd year of school and owe my school 10,000 dollars....

No, I'd say I'm more of an astute observer of how anonymity breeds hyperbole.
Either that, or I'm a troll.
You pick.
I appreciate this thread. Suddenly I don't feel so poor. Actually, I have never felt poor to tell the truth. Voluntary simplicity has been my style for many years. My rent is $285. mo, I live on an island with few neighbors, across the country road from a beautiful river/levee, wher I keep a kayak and small motorboat. My income is tiny--partial teacher retirement and really teensy Soc. Sec.("offset" and if you know what that means, you can share a quiet growl with those of us who have issues about Soc. Sec., medicare, and so on.)
Anyway, thanks for stating your genial cases of penury. Health care for us poor folk? Well, eat yer veggies, run and floss every day.
I am beer.
I was working part-time, then got laid off because the place went out of business. I'm still unemployed months later. I made a whopping $16,000 last year. (Less than $5,000 from July through December) Two vastly different jobs last year...
I live with my G/F who supports me in every way. (Probably a major fault that will someday tear us apart) I'm still quite a few seconds off from hitting the trials standard, but I refuse to give it up.
I also support a child I fathered, but never get to see because of the mother and distance between us.
I'm 29. I have a BS...
It's not wejo, he's probably making a killing off all of these advertisements
Delivering pizzas is fun.

This scenario is exactly what happened to me a few years ago when I hit hard times. Trust me, she will not put up with this for much longer. If she is footing the bill, it will definitely drive a stake between you two. Chicks are so different from men when it comes to this. No guy would ever think less of his woman if he had to help take care of her, but women are just the opposite. They lose all respect for you if they ever have to take care of you financially.

Doesn't he have a real job? Man, I thought he'd be hosting Spelling Bee competitions or something.
I make 30$ every two weeks. I work 0-3 hours a week. Granted I have no bills of my own....go HS!
You have a BS which takes some effort, regardless of major.
Your quite a few seconds off from hitting the trials standard? This also takes a great deal of effort...
I am not trashing you.. because at least you support your child, which is more than most these days... But hey man... put some effort into seeing your kid! If you refuse to give up on your trials dream, refuse to give up on trying to see your kid!

I can beat that.
I'm wrapping up my second year of college and I owe my school $42,000. Sweet, huh? I also am currently unemployed.

You remind me of the best coach I've had thus far, perhaps you are him. Thanks.

I thought that lifestyle was cute when I was in my early 20s. At 29, and with a kid? Grow up and train after work.
80,000 in the hole, with my once a week job make about 3-4k per year but I actually am a bit better off than some classmates who didn't have money coming in.....almost halfway done.
You're doing fine
100k in debt. no income.
should be ok when i graduate law school, though.
$250,0000 in the hole. It's the american way. Live from paycheck to paycheck and presumably die broke. Nest egg? Nahhhh. I want to enjoy life while I still have life. I hear it can be kinda short.
